Assistant Store Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture through leading by example
  • Conduct the development of your team, harmonizing with the business to achieve financial sales, profit, and productivity goals
  • Transform the store into a haven that captures attention and creates a delightful shopping experience
  • Efficiently oversee store rostering and maintain a sharp emphasis on commercial acumen
  • Manage stock (up to 15kg) in a fast-paced environment ensuring everything's in place for customers' shopping spree
  • Diligently track store sales performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement - communicate findings to peers and senior management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker is essential
  • A passion for the retail industry is a must
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters in the absence of the Store Manager is crucial
  • Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & visual merchandising is necessary
  • Thrive on the energy of a fast-paced environment and inspire peers
