Position: Retail Supervisor

Location: 3 Albert St, Busselton WA 6280

**Salary**: AUD 73,500 per annum

**Role Overview**:
As a Retail Supervisor at Zambrero Busselton, you will supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail sales workers. Your key responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, managing staƯ, and overseeing store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that customers receive prompt service and high-quality products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving any issues efficiently.
- Plan and prepare work schedules, assigning staff to various duties.
- Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance, as well as handle staff grievances.
- Guide staff on handling complex sales situations and customer concerns.
- Take inventory, order new stock, and ensure goods are appropriately priced and displayed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Uphold uniform and presentation standards within the team.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum qualification of AQF Certificate II or III or relevant retail experience.
- At least one year of experience in retail supervision or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.

**Working Hours**: Full-time, flexibility required.
