We are seeking a senior retail management professional to lead our new store in Busselton. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achievement in retail management and a highly engaging and collaborative style.

About the Role

The Store Business Manager will be responsible for inspiring their team to deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store. They will develop a deep understanding of their store team, providing coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success. This includes training and coaching in safety, as well as leading from the front in terms of workplace health and safety.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior retail management role where they have led a large and successful team. They will demonstrate a proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong understanding of retail operations and effective time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
