Injury Management Expert

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Returns to Work Specialist to support our claims teams and case managers in developing effective injury management strategies. This role will focus on promoting early recovery and durable return to work for injured employees.
- Collaborate with claims operations and treatment providers to reduce the costs and impact of claims through structured injury management practices.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to support case managers and employers managing physical, psychological, and hybrid work injuries.
- Establish and maintain provider management strategies and relationships to drive positive return to work outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in injury management relating to occupational rehabilitation, claims management, and/or return to work.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation.
- Demonstrated understanding of strategy development and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to align business strategy with organisational priorities.
- Coaching and mentoring experience.
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
