About our workplace safety software, we are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Implementation Consultant.

This role will involve kick-starting implementation projects with clear project scope and deliverables. Ensuring timely action and successful delivery of milestones through the entire implementation cycle will be key responsibilities. The consultant will also work closely with internal teams to facilitate implementations, raise risks and issues to customers promptly, and provide a thorough hand-over following implementation. Additionally, they will assist with customer-specific or technical questions, manage multiple projects concurrently, and update systems and documentation as required.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' experience within an OHS or workers compensation role, with a focus on implementation experience and proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Applications, and CRM tools like Salesforce. Experience communicating with large and enterprise clients is highly preferred, as well as knowledge of injury management & claims systems.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will partner with clients to achieve successful implementations and deliver results-driven solutions. You will be responsible for configuring HSI Donesafe's Injury & Claims Management system to meet client needs, leading workshops, and ensuring timely project completion.
