Job Summary

Centorrino Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Desktop Support Specialist to join our embedded education team in Sydney. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, onsite technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of customers' operations.
  • Develop a friendly bond with customers through personable interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement more efficient solutions.
  • Seek customer feedback and actively work to improve results.
  • Identify problems or requests without existing processes and collaborate with peers to develop and implement new procedures.
  • Ensure documentation and procedures are always up to date.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day technology issues and deal with external 3rd party organizations.
  • Collaborate with peers in other teams to ensure a successful outcome for the customer.

Requirements

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrated through ability to help people fix technical issues.
  • A keen interest in technology and a strong desire to ensure all technology is functioning optimally.
  • Effective communication skills when troubleshooting technical issues.
  • A positive attitude and can-do mindset, fostered by proven track record of helping others resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Flexibility in handling unusual situations, such as staying back later or adjusting work schedules, to accommodate out-of-the-ordinary circumstances.
