Job Summary

We are seeking an IT and Communications Infrastructure Manager to oversee the daily operations of our IT service delivery. This role involves efficient helpdesk support, effective asset distribution, workload scheduling, system maintenance, updates, and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure reliable IT service delivery by managing incidents, problems, and change control processes using IT service management frameworks.
  • Analyse data and trends to mitigate recurring problems and improve service quality.
  • Plan and schedule IT services, including system maintenance, software updates, and infrastructure upgrades to minimize disruptions.
  • Monitor and diagnose system issues using monitoring and diagnostic tools.
  • Manage IT asset procurement, distribution, and lifecycle, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Current unencumbered NSW driver's license.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Strong experience in operating helpdesk and service desk platforms.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and communication systems.
