Strategic HR Partner
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement human capital initiatives that drive growth and profitability
Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that create sustainable value and promote a high-performance culture
Provide expert advice on talent management, organizational development, and change leadership to support business objectives
Develop and implement metrics-based performance dashboards to track progress and inform strategic decisions
As a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner, you will have 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Strategic HR, Change Management, and HR Analytics.

Responsibilities include:
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with organizational goals
Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee engagement programs, diversity initiatives, and other key HR projects
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, employees, and external vendors
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, sharing insights and recommendations with senior leaders
Requirements include:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Strategic HR, Change Management, and HR Analytics
Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR initiatives
