
Heavy Equipment Transport Specialist

We are seeking an experienced truck driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will operate trucks and mounted cranes for the construction and maintenance of water mains, sewer mains, pump stations and water and wastewater treatment plants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate trucks and crane equipment for work teams carrying out the construction/maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Perform laboring duties and operate plant equipment, including backhoes, excavators, and forklifts.
- Organize, load, and deliver materials from trucks, including operating crane equipment and slinging loads.
- Assist with confined space tasks and maintain accurate records and logs.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Class HC Driver's Licence.
- Possess a Dangerous Goods Driver's Licence or be willing to obtain one.
- Hold a Truck Mounted Crane Operator Certificate of Competence equivalent to Class C2 WorkCover Certificate.
- Hold a High Risk Forklift Ticket or be willing to obtain one.
- Hold a Backhoe Ticket (LB/LL or equivalent).
- Hold an Excavator Ticket (LB/LL or equivalent).
- Hold a Hazardous Goods and Workplace Substances Licence or be willing to obtain one.
- Hold a Class B Non-Friable Asbestos Removal Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
- Hold a Dogman Ticket or be willing to obtain one.
- Provide proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa).

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in truck driving and crane operations, along with a solid understanding of traffic control, plant equipment, and WHS procedures.
