
Heavy Industry Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Heavy Industry Equipment Maintenance Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy industry equipment. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy industry equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine root cause and implement solutions.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with production team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless workflow.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a mechanical or heavy industry equipment maintenance role.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a trade certificate or degree in a related field is an asset.
