Job Title

A Machinery Operator is responsible for maintaining efficient and safe manufacturing operations by performing tasks related to machine operation, quality control, and inventory management.

Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work within a team and have strong interpersonal skills. They must also be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.

  • Operate machinery and equipment within the factory in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Set up machines and adjust settings to ensure efficient and accurate production runs.
  • Load and unload raw materials, chemicals, and products using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking materials.
  • Document production activities, inventory accurately, and maintain records as per company policies.
  • Adhere to proper handling, storage, and disposal procedures for chemicals and hazardous materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Highly motivated and physically fit individual.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Ability to recognize priorities with a high attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license (highly regarded).
  • Forklift license (highly regarded).
