Heavy Industry Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Heavy Industry Equipment Specialist to join our team. This hands-on role involves applying technical skills in plant maintenance, working both independently and as part of a team.

About the Role- Safety: Ensure commitment to safety standards and maintain accurate documentation (SWMS, JHA/JSA, work permits, visitor logs).
- Mechanical Responsibilities: Perform mechanical fitting, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and conduct mould maintenance/fabrication.
- Teamwork & Flexibility: Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and provide coverage across different plant positions when needed.
- Process & Systems: Support continuous improvement initiatives and utilize systems for spare parts coordination and stocktakes.
- Proven experience in a mechanical role or similar.
- A confident, self-motivated, energetic individual.
- A team player with a high degree of trade flexibility or experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
