About Our Facility

Nestled on the edge of a serene bushland reserve in NSW, our aged care home offers a peaceful and welcoming environment for our residents. With 3 separate households, each with between 25–30 residents, we're committed to providing a personalized approach to care.

Job Summary
  • Deliver daily living assistance, such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, and help at mealtimes, to support our residents' mobility and independence.
  • Assist with medication management and simple wound dressings, ensuring our residents receive high-quality care.
  • Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities, fostering a sense of community and connection.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified.
