Job Overview


We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Leisure and Lifestyle Program Manager to lead our team in delivering innovative leisure and lifestyle activities tailored to the needs, interests, and capabilities of our residents.


Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement programs to promote social interaction, engagement, and inclusivity among residents


• Lead, guide, and direct staff in planning and delivering activities, ensuring alignment with resident needs and preferences


• Collaborate with team members, residents, and carers to design and deliver activities that enhance quality of life


• Ensure accurate documentation and evaluation of activities to inform continuous improvement


Requirements


• Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent qualifications


• Previous experience in aged/community care or a related field


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
