About the Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work with our experienced and dedicated team at Uniting Garden Suburb. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals, as well as residents' family members, to advocate for clients' quality of life.
  • Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families.
  • A commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice, with a focus on person-centered care and holistic approaches.

This role is based at Uniting Garden Suburb in NSW, which offers a serene bushland reserve setting and a peaceful atmosphere. The location is easily accessible by public transportation, and there are plenty of parking options available.
