As a Care Worker, you will provide daily living assistance, companionship, and emotional support to help residents maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

We are seeking an adaptable and empathetic individual with a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or an equivalent qualification. If you're not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help you get there. You'll have previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified.

Average Salary: $31.24 per hour

Nestled on the edge of a peaceful bushland reserve in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW, Uniting Garden Suburb is a welcoming aged care home with 3 separate households, each with between 25–30 residents. This includes a secure household for people living with dementia or mental health illness. Your Uniting Homemaker ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable.
