About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our Home and Community Care team in the Garden Suburb area. This is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers stable shifts and development/leadership opportunities within a supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing client-centred care, including assistance with daily living tasks such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime or medication administration.
  • Transporting clients to appointments or shopping trips.
  • Accompanying clients on outings or assisting with Healthy Living for Seniors activities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual equivalent is an advantage.
  • Similar experience providing client-centred care is required.
  • A current First Aid certificate is necessary.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle are required.
