Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team on an under-bench water filtration unit service division. This role involves replacing filter cartridges, collecting and disposing of units, attending various locations, and ensuring all work is conducted in a safe and effective manner.

This position requires the ability to troubleshoot on the spot, possess a friendly demeanor, and have good time management skills when working with clients. You will be responsible for maintaining records management systems and ensuring that route details and work orders are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replace filter cartridges in under-bench water filtration units
  • Collect and dispose of units at nominated points
  • Attend various locations, including commercial, government, and residential sites
  • Conduct all work in a safe and effective manner, adhering to housekeeping standards
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all clients are serviced as per route
  • Complete safety assessments and job orders for each visit using mobile applications

Requirements:

  • Possess a full driver's license and have good knowledge of the Sydney area
  • Be handy and able to troubleshoot on the spot
  • Have a friendly demeanor and be able to work with clients
  • Ability to maintain records management systems with route details and work orders
  • Well-presented and able to work successfully in multiple locations each day

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary package ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 per year
  • An 8-hour shift schedule with opportunities for overtime
  • Penalty rates for work outside regular hours
