We are expanding—and looking for Maintenance Technicians, Product Specialists, Maintenance Engineers, and Industrial Service Professionals ready to step into a customer-facing, solution-driven field role.
About the Role:
Based in Brisbane, this hands-on role places you on the front line—delivering technical expertise that keeps high-speed production lines running smoothly. You'll take ownership of installations, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and customer training, helping some of Australia's best-known brands reduce downtime and improve performance.
This role includes interstate travel and participation in a rotating on-call/weekend roster to support customers nationally.
What You'll Do:
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial coding and marking systems (CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, LPA, LCM)
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Perform structured preventative maintenance to optimize performance
• Deliver hands-on operator training and customer support
• Collaborate with the sales team on product demonstrations and solution delivery
• Manage parts usage and maintain accurate service records
• Proactively monitor and maintain Preventative Maintenance Program Schedules (PMPS), identifying service opportunities and contributing to revenue growth through planned support and asset management
• Build strong relationships with customers through reliable, high-quality service
What You'll Bring:
• 5+ years' experience in field service, automation, or industrial maintenance (required)
• Trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics (required)
• Proven troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, and software systems
• Familiarity with industrial printers or packaging line equipment (highly regarded)
• Competency with technical diagrams, schematics, and service manuals
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel interstate and work 2+ weekends/month on a rotating roster
• Valid Australian Driver's License
Why Join LETO Technology:
• Be part of a high-growth, nationally respected service provider in automation & identification
• Work alongside a team of top-tier engineers who value ownership, accuracy, and accountability
• Accelerate your career with clear pathways into senior technical and leadership roles
• Make a real impact on uptime, reliability, and customer success across Australia
• Thrive in a modern, agile environment that rewards initiative and performance
Company Culture:
Growth. Autonomy & Impact.
At LETO Technology, you're not just filling a role—you're shaping the future of industrial service. We empower our engineers to lead from the field, solve real problems, and drive customer outcomes with pride.
