Senior Mental Health Practitioner Leader

Leadership Opportunity in Mental Health
This is an exciting and diverse role for a Senior Clinical Leader to supervise, mentor and develop a team of Mental Health Practitioners ensuring person-centred practices for impactful care. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with clients experiencing trauma in clinical settings.

About the Role:
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Mental Health Practitioners.
  • Provide clinical guidance on the management of complex and high needs clients within agreed service areas and in line with expertise and qualifications.
  • Providing clinical supervision in both individual and group settings.
  • Contribute to ongoing service development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced tertiary degree qualification applicable to the role – psychology, counselling or social work.
  • Registration with relevant professional body minimum Level 4 ACA, PACFA Clinical, APHRA, AASW mental health social worker accreditation.
  • Extensive experience working with clients experiencing trauma in FDSV clinical settings.
  • Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams in clinical settings.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and WWCC.
  • The right to work in Australia.
