Clinical Lead Position

Our organisation delivers exceptional service to individuals requiring clinical care. We are seeking a senior clinical lead to provide oversight and support to participants in need of medical assistance.
The Senior Clinical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of Support Independent Living (SIL) participants, ensuring efficient case management from intake to transition.
- Provide person-centred case management including assessment and care planning;
- Ensure clinical aspects during intake and transition processes are overseen and well-prepared;
- Prepare detailed reports and provide data within area of responsibility;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of systems supporting Support Staff to deliver desired outcomes for participants;
- Interpret participant data to identify appropriate actions to meet participant interests;
- Lead complex negotiations and discussions with family members, medical services, and other stakeholders;
- Understanding of the NDIS and Disability Industry;
- Current AHPRA registration in Registered Nursing;
- Minimum two years' experience in Clinical Nursing experience;
- Ability to work outside standard office hours;
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office skills;
- Excellent time management, analytical and decision-making skills;
- Ability to build rapport and trust with participants and stakeholders;
