We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and play a pivotal role in the clinical and administrative running of our clinics.

The leader will be responsible for planning and managing daily workforce requirements, ensuring outstanding service delivery, and providing quality improvement initiatives. They will also manage, develop, and mentor staff, and perform routine medical procedures to the highest professional standards.

About the Opportunity:

  • Plan and manage daily workforce requirements and productivity in the clinic by ensuring appropriate staff rostering and leave management.
  • Manage, develop, and mentor staff and provide clinical guidance in the clinic.
  • Ensure outstanding service delivery and supervise the day-to-day management of the Medical Imaging department.
  • Provide quality improvement initiatives and review work practices to improve clinical and financial outcomes.
  • Perform routine medical procedures to the highest professional standards as required.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About You:

  • Able to manage, coach, and lead staff in a busy environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality medical examinations employing correct techniques.
  • Experience in the hospital environment and understanding of workflow management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
