Job Title

About the Role
  • Respond to customer inquiries and process orders accurately
  • Support account managers by preparing quotes, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure all documentation is processed efficiently
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal departments to find effective solutions
About You:
  • Experience in customer service (manufacturing, print, and packaging industry experience desirable)
  • Strong administrative skills, impeccable phone manner, and ability to establish & maintain positive relationships
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and demonstrate high initiative and self-motivation
