Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming customers, guiding them through the store, and supporting them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. You will also be responsible for ensuring the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will have experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.
You will be passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales.
You will thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments.
You will be communicative, creative, curious to work with store technology, with a strong eagerness to learn and develop.
You will be flexible and action-oriented.
