Water Engineering Lecturer

This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of South Australia as a Lecturer in Water Engineering. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced academic to contribute to the development, delivery, and coordination of courses within our undergraduate, honours, and postgraduate programs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging, relevant, and technology-enhanced curricula for identified programs and courses as they relate to Water Engineering.
- Undertake administrative duties related to teaching activities, including the development of course and program material.
- Deliver high-quality teaching that is informed by relevant research, scholarship, and industry practice.
- Provide quality and timely feedback, academic counselling, mentoring, and advice to students.
- A doctoral qualification in Civil, Water, or Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in teaching, including design and preparation of teaching activities and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake industry-engaged research in areas that contribute to the University's research strengths and strategic directions.
- Understanding of and experience in using contemporary teaching methodologies, including digital techniques.
