Retail Pharmacy Operations Executive

A dynamic leadership role has emerged in our organization, requiring an expert in pharmacy operations to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service. As a Retail Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of retail and specialty pharmacy divisions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing staff (pharmacists and technicians), developing SOPs aligned with company values, and analyzing financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings. Collaboration with external partners and active participation in business development through industry events and conferences are also essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications for this position include:
- A Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or higher degree required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting required
