Job Title:

Retail Pharmacy Operations Manager

Key Leadership Role:

  • Drive exceptional service and manage daily pharmacy operations.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Oversee retail and specialty pharmacy divisions.
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with company values and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or higher required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, systems, and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
