Automotive Technical Expert

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in automotive repair and technical knowledge. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex issues, analyzing diagnostic information, and providing effective solutions is essential.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to dealerships, addressing complex technical concerns and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with dealers to resolve technical assistance requests, reducing the need for further escalation.
- Analyze claim data, adhering to contract terms and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with dealers and repair facilities regarding claim adjudication and concerns.
- Log all interactions with dealers into relevant systems, facilitating seamless communication.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive service and repair principles, along with related certifications (ASE, manufacturer, or state).
