Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our MSP Program, a defence environment. As the Project Coordinator, you will work alongside project managers and stakeholders to ensure the development and completion of project progress and milestones through effective planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revise and update where necessary the Open Plan Professional (OPP) Project and Contract Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) so that they are in-line with appropriate industry standards including DEF (AUST) 5664.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of CASG project Integrated Master Schedules across multiple Projects.
  • Prepare schedule reports (including cartoon schedules) for estimates (bi-annually) and reporting meetings (PPRIP; HoG; Project Performance Review; and MPGR monthly meetings).
  • Identify potential risks, issues and opportunities in regards to project schedules.
  • Mentor and advise CASG project management personnel in relation to current industry best practice schedule tools and project schedule reporting methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated competence and experience as per skill level 3 Advanced Practitioner or above.
  • Proven ability to use the Open Plan Professional (OPP) tool effectively.
  • Experience in developing, maintaining and reporting on CASG schedules.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet demanding project deadlines.
  • AU Working rights and Security Clearance required.
