About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Reservations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our reservations department, ensuring that all reservations are accurate and completed in line with brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel reservations, with at least 2 years at managerial level. They will possess strong leadership, training, coaching, and communication skills to develop and inspire a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a set of core operational standards
  • Ensuring all reservations are 100% accurate and meet brand standards
  • Working towards achieving budgeted occupancy and ADR
  • Proactively managing market segments to maximise room yield
  • Assisting with forecasting and annual budget submissions

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment.
