Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality reservations leadership, with a strong understanding of how to drive occupancy and revenue across multiple locations.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Group Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing reservations strategies that meet business objectives, as well as ensuring exceptional guest service throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement reservations strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the reservations team, providing guidance and direction on a day-to-day basis.
  • Oversee handling of all reservations, including direct and group bookings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
  • Monitor reservation trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and adjusting strategies to market conditions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing updates and personalized offerings.
  • Provide regular reports on booking trends, performance metrics, and forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, multi-venue experience highly regarded.
  • Strong track record in hospitality reservations leadership within a fast-paced environment.
  • Reservations system management experience required.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing projects and meeting deadlines across multiple locations.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capability.
