Senior Operations Executive
\The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
\This is a senior leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
\The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity, preferably within the heavy vehicle transport or engine industries.
\They will also have a passion for customer service, a strong understanding of technical product information, and the ability to interpret financial data and metrics.
\Additionally, they will have excellent time management skills, a commitment to promoting safe work practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues\
- Representing the company at external events and meetings as required\
- Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity\
- Leading by example and demonstrating a positive attitude and work ethic\
