Job Title: Operations Director
About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the responsibilities of a Studio Manager. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing project profitability and ensuring timely completion.
You will meet weekly with senior management to present forecasts, issue invoices, and communicate with clients. You will also provide support to recruitment, onboarding, and overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and control of project workflows to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Issue timely and accurate invoices to clients, addressing any concerns promptly
- Support with the overarching operations of the organization
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and issuing contracts
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years experience in a design agency or similar industry, with a proven track record of leadership and management
- Strong ability to understand and interpret project and client requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to be highly flexible, adapt, and grow with the position as it develops and requires change
