Industrial Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee production sites, manage resources and teams, and drive operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and develop operations workforce, facilities, and equipment.
- Ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely production processes.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, stock management, and customer delivery performance.
- Monitor KPIs, industrial costing, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.

- Proven experience managing a manufacturing facility or industrial operation.
- Ability to implement change, manage budgets, and drive team performance.
- Technical degree and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
