Job Description:

As a Senior Governance Manager, you will play a key role in leading the design governance function for C4ISR systems.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing documentation such as forward work plans, meeting minutes, agendas, action item logs, and slide packs.

- Providing administrative support to the Chair and their delegate, facilitating meetings and coordinating with Board members and their staff.

- Liaising with stakeholders to manage the forward work plan and coordinate meeting attendees, including Defence Senior Leadership.

- Conducting tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and monitoring email correspondence.

Key Requirements:

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to collaborate with Senior Leadership Group members.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Sound judgement, attention to detail, and time management skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team to achieve high performance standards.

- Effective prioritization, meeting deadlines, and exercising discretion.

- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
