We are seeking a skilled ESG Strategy Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters, with a strong understanding of current sustainability drivers and climate-related risks.

Key responsibilities include tracking changes in the external ESG environment, interpreting strategic consequences for the business, and managing corporate ESG initiatives in Australia.

In addition, the successful candidate will prepare annual ESG reporting on progress, advise stakeholders and clients on ESG matters, and support across the business with major ESG initiatives.

The role also involves managing communications and engagement with local stakeholders and communities, overseeing social, cultural, and indigenous engagement activities, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements
  • Extensive understanding of current sustainability drivers and climate-related risks
  • Previous experience in a senior ESG focused role within large-scale infrastructure or power generation
