You will play a vital role in bolstering our commercial and sustainability expertise as we scale.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge data assets and design high-value solutions for corporate clients, supporting their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) intelligence journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients, overseeing the formal engagement process with new clients.
  • Provide analytic insights through standardised reporting, data solutions, and bespoke advisory services to clients and potential clients.
  • Client onboarding and consultation, with ongoing client relationship management.
  • Identify and examine emerging ESG reporting requirements and implications.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop climate and ESG analytics for client solutions.
About You

We are seeking someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the broader team. You must be able to influence culture in a rapidly growing organisation.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, environmental or engineering, or other quantitative qualifications.
  • At least 8 years' experience as a management consultant at a top-tier consulting firm and/or fulfilling strategy or sustainability responsibilities at a blue-chip corporate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Superb presentation skills with the ability to work independently to interpret problems, provide guidance, and offer solutions to clients.
  • An interest in the financial and ESG drivers of corporations and government decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
