About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administration Officer. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional, courteous and supportive reception services.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to clinicians and team members.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Supporting finance and resource processes through invoice preparation, ordering supplies and tracking expenditure.

About the Role

This is a part-time administration role that requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail. As an Administration Officer, you will be working within a dynamic team to provide high-quality support services to clinicians and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and appointment management.
  • Preparing and maintaining reports and other documents.
  • Assisting with staff training and development.

Requirements

  • Proven administration experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
