The successful candidate will have:
- Proven administration experience with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
You will be responsible for providing professional, courteous and supportive reception services to clients and families. This includes handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring accurate data entry and appointment management.
You will also provide high-quality administrative support to clinicians and team members, including correspondence, reports and database management. Additionally, you will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and managing client interactions
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Coordinating meetings and preparing materials
- Supporting finance and resource processes
