About the Role

The Menu Monitor is a vital position that ensures accurate recording of patient meal orders and production of reports through our menu system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support via phone for patients, participating in a call centre environment, and deliver superior customer service.
  • Assist patients, nursing staff or visitors with dietary inquiries in a courteous and clear manner while adhering to nutrition guidelines.
  • Identify queries outside of scope and forward relevant information or feedback to Dietitians/Speech Pathologists as required.
  • Coordinate audits and quality monitoring to ensure performance indicators are maintained.
  • Understand Food Hygiene Regulations and Standards and local policies and procedures.
