**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and sales support. This role involves interacting with customers face-to-face and via telephone, responding to everyday banking enquiries, opening accounts, and processing various transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that drives customer satisfaction and first call resolution.
  • Provide timely and accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings, and processes via telephone and/or online channels.
  • Listen actively, build trust, and ask the right questions to exceed customers' expectations and improve customer outcomes, resulting in strong NPS outcomes.
