Infrastructure Project Professional Opportunity

Pinsent Masons is a leading law firm seeking a Project Delivery Lawyer to support the delivery of major infrastructure and energy projects for domestic and international clients.

The role will work closely with senior lawyer colleagues on high-profile energy and infrastructure projects, primarily with major contractors and developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction law and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of EPC, O&M/FM, TSI, BOP, D&C, PPP, and infrastructure financing documents
  • Provide strategic procurement advice in relation to early development phases and structuring of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Australian qualified lawyer with at least two years post-qualification experience
  • Demonstrated experience in construction law
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in drafting correspondence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development
