Lead Strategic Projects in Energy and Utilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in energy and utilities to lead critical technology initiatives that support the evolution of energy delivery and customer service in a dynamic and regulated environment.

  • This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of strategic technology projects within the energy and utilities domain. This includes overseeing the implementation of digital platforms, customer solutions, metering, asset management, or grid technologies.

  • This requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, and regulatory affairs.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Manage and coordinate project stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
  • Drive project execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile delivery in project teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in energy, utilities, or essential infrastructure.
  • Proven track record managing complex technology projects across metering, distribution, network systems, or customer platforms.
  • Strong grasp of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Highly developed stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organisational abilities.
