Job Title: Energy Project Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Your strong stakeholder management skills will enable effective collaboration with customers, authorities, and community representatives to ensure seamless energy supply or generation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Design, Drafting, and Surveying, to obtain construction plans.
  • Provide technical support and resolve customer enquiries efficiently.
  • Utilize tools such as SAP to prepare contracts, estimate projects, and close-out projects.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in an energy distribution network.
  • A background in training electrical power systems.
  • Suitable experience in electrical trades (Lineworker, electrician, or Licensed Electrical Inspector) seeking an alternative career path.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers and key stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize customer outcomes and promote continuous improvement of digital platforms and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Coordination and Project Management.
  • Proven experience in project financial management.
  • ESI Diploma or similar qualification.
