The role of Executive Manager is crucial in driving RBS business outcomes by providing strategic and commercial advice to the RBS Leadership team and RBS CFO.
A key responsibility of this position is preparation of high-quality presentations, supporting analysis, and strategic insights for senior management.
Engaging with a broad range of Finance-related stakeholders is essential, as is acting as the point of contact for the RBS CFO and Group Finance in relation to financial performance of the RBS business.
This role requires a highly valued leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve excellence through effective implementation of the RBS Finance data analytics strategy.
Key deliverables include overseeing weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and full-yearly performance reporting processes for RBS, including Monthly Performance Reporting, Quarterly Trading Updates, Profit Announcements, and Investor Relations.
Preparation of reports will be done using comprehensive data analysis and sophisticated analytical tools to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Acting as a catalyst for positive change within the RBS Finance department, the successful candidate will contribute to our financial risk and control framework alongside other RBS Finance EMs.
