Growth & Marketing Director

Job Description:

This is a high-performance growth marketer's dream role. As the Growth & Marketing Director, you will have serious autonomy to own the strategy, budget, team, execution, and sit on the executive team.

You will be responsible for building a global growth engine across multiple businesses.

  • A fast-growing manufacturer of slurry piping systems.
  • A technical product distribution company in valves & instrumentation.
  • A holding company brand targeting key talent and owners looking to sell their business.
  • A founder brand focused on storytelling and content.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a 3-year growth & marketing roadmap across every business and brand.
  • BUILDING A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM: hiring and leading A-players across growth, content, product marketing, and operations.
  • CREATING BRAND ARCHITECTURE: strategy, positioning, and key messaging for all brands.
  • BUILDING A CONTENT ENGINE: high-quality content production across all target media & platforms.
  • Demand gen, funnel design, sales enablement, customer marketing, product marketing, employer brand & recruitment marketing.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

  • Strategic and tactical: able to design the system and run it too.
  • Commercially obsessed: living by hard numbers, not fluffy cloud BS.
  • Data-driven: running the growth machine by the numbers, not by 'feels'.
  • Hungry to build: ambitious, competitive, and looking to help build an empire.

We are looking for someone with 10+ years' driving growth marketing in high-performance environments, experience building and leading high-performing internal teams, and ideally some good brand & content experience.

This is a full-time position based in Perth HQ or hybrid remote with 1 week/month in Perth (and open to relocate after 12 months).
