Job Title: High-Performing Business Operations Manager

About the Role

This position is a critical component of our team, requiring expertise in biddable activation and outcomes. As a high-performing Business Operations Manager, you will work closely with internal teams, media, data, and technology partners to contribute to great teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflow effectively, delegate tasks, and ensure goals are set and met.
  • Hold regular performance evaluation meetings with reports, setting clear KPIs and monitoring achievement.
  • Assist in training and developing junior team members.
  • Ensure all output meets the highest standards and conforms to best practices across planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Oversee the end-to-end biddable process, ensuring QA compliance and use of best practice.
  • Lead biddable projects across clients, working collaboratively with stakeholders to define and deliver success.
  • Support directors in delivering strong implementation plans that meet client objectives.
  • Offer expert perspectives on recent market trends or developments, sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Meet with vendors and partners to drive client agendas, creating opportunities for junior team members.
  • Ensure timely and accurate commercial tasks, including training and education.
  • Seek and implement improvements to ways of working that increase efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations.
