Fleet Sales Leader

A leading automotive group is seeking a results-driven Fleet Sales Leader to drive growth and success in our fleet division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our fleet sales portfolio across various business and government clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage and grow our fleet sales portfolio, developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, driving sales performance and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, developing strategic plans to meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, leveraging this knowledge to inform your sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-volume fleet sales, preferably with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and a strategic mindset, with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver consistent results, working effectively under pressure to achieve targets.
