About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Fleet Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through innovative strategies and excellent customer service.
This role requires a strong understanding of the fleet leasing industry, with the ability to lead high-performing teams and drive sustainable change. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, financial analysis, and lending.
Key responsibilities include:
- Championing daily management and breakthrough initiatives to evolve and create new concepts that meet future customer needs.
- Leading others to create sustainable and impactful change, enabling an environment that fosters personal agility and responsiveness to business changes.
- Setting priorities and making decisions that position the business for success while taking calculated risks to deliver significant value.
- Cultivating a culture of high performance standards, unbiased thinking, critical analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Buidling a customer-centric culture, establishing high levels of loyalty and trust with a focus on retention.
- Shaping challenging team goals, setting clear expectations, and motivating others to succeed.
- Awareness of current and future trends, enabling relevant changes and creating agile teams and responses.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Expert knowledge of the Fleet Leasing industry.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in business development.
- Experience in responding to tenders.
- Strong knowledge of and relationships with key stakeholders.
