At Guardian Early Learning Group, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Acacia Garden East. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing an innovative early learning program that reflects current early years thinking and practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
• Lead and guide teams in developing and implementing an innovative early learning program.
• Document and share with families in their children's learning and development.
• Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

What You'll Need:

• A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards it).
• Prior experience in long day-care.
• Sound knowledge of the NQF and the EYLF, with practical implementation skills.
• Current Working with Children's Check.
